Singapore lays out key policies in ministries' addenda to President's Parliament address

From strengthening defence and diplomacy to building resilience and vigilance back at home. These are some of the ways through which the Singapore government wants to secure the country's place in a changing world. The defence and foreign affairs ministries, as well as the National Security Coordination Secretariat, laid out their key policies and programmes in their addenda to President Tharman Shanmugaratnam's address at the opening of the 15th Parliament.
