Sun Xueling on audits and maintenance works for HDB rental flats

The Housing and Development Board has been working to resume proactive inspections and maintenance of rental flats in a more efficient and sustainable way, such as by bundling and outsourcing inspections alongside other related works. It will share more next year about its audits and maintenance works for rental flats. Senior Minister of State for National Development Sun Xueling said this in reply to an MP’s question in parliament on Thursday (Sep 25).
