Tenants at a lifestyle and art enclave in Singapore are hoping that art can still be a part of development plans for the area. This is even if galleries are no longer part of its future. It was recently announced that Gillman Barracks is being studied for future housing. An expert says the Government has been working to preserve the culture and heritage of different estates.
