Trump's Board of Peace: Singapore has received invitation, currently assessing it, says MFA

Singapore is assessing an invitation by the US to join its Board of Peace. Mentions of the Board of Peace first surfaced in September last year, when US President Donald Trump floated it as part of a peace proposal, linked to ending the war in Gaza. But a newly released draft charter earlier this month does not appear to limit its role to the occupied Palestinian territory.
