Upcoming Mount Pleasant BTO project to offer units without partition walls
Homebuyers looking at Mount Pleasant's Build-to-Order (BTO) project will have the option of having units without partition walls, also known as a "White Flat" layout. This will give them more flexibility to customise their homes. It is the second BTO project to offer such an option. For the entire project, there will be 1,000 more new units, on top of the previously announced 5,000. The first launch is in October. CNA speaks to Dr Lee Nai Jia, Head of Real Estate Intelligence at the PropertyGuru Group.
