Vietnam PM eyes expansion of defence cooperation to "build trust and prevent wars"

Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh says the country is keen to expand its international defence cooperation to build trust and prevent wars. Speaking during the opening of the nation's second international arms fair, Chinh said the event was a "message of peace, cooperation and development". The high-profile defence expo opened on Dec 19 in the capital Hanoi and is the largest yet.
