The Workplace Fairness (Dispute Resolution) Bill aligns Singapore’s labour legislation with that of global peers and provides much-needed clarity for companies choosing to operate here, said MP Joan Pereira. At the same time, she said employees may need to be educated on their rights and necessary processes such as keeping records of discriminatory practices.
