Motion: Fadli Fawzi on reinforcing Singapore’s position as a global transport hub

Ordinary Singaporeans should not feel alienated from the world-class infrastructure sitting in their country, said MP Fadli Fawzi. Changi Airport has shown that Singapore is capable of building infrastructure that both impresses the world and benefits its people, he said in parliament on Tuesday (July 7). It drives Singapore’s economic competitiveness while serving as a place for Singaporeans to gather, relax, celebrate and create memories. The real measure of a truly world-class infrastructure is whether the people who build the country can truly enjoy it, he added.
