Yip Hon Weng on Health Information Bill
The success of the Health Information Bill will be judged not only by efficient data flow, but by public trust in the system, said MP Yip Hon Weng. He called on the government to commit to access controls that people can understand and use, support for heartland clinics to keep them viable and affordable amid implementation, and cybersecurity that is strong, proportionate and shared.
