Budget 2026 debate: Jackson Lam on resilience for seniors, hawkers and SMEs
Resilience cannot exist only in Singapore’s fiscal numbers or economic forecasts - it must be felt on the ground by seniors, hawkers and small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), said MP Jackson Lam.
