While he expressed support for the Budget, he said it would be foolish to be blind to the immense transformative potential of AI to not just disrupt, but also completely overturn the competitive advantages of the Singapore model. “We cannot proceed with business as usual,” he said, calling for the government to allow diversity to be the core strength of Singapore’s education system.
