In ‘Made in SG’, Melanie Oliveiro speaks with Nathaniel Phua and Samantha Sor, co-founders of ENTO Industries, a biotech company and waste management company that uses black soldier fly larvae to turn food waste into animal feed and fertiliser. The husband-and-wife team will talk about the company’s early days when Phua started experimenting with the breeding black soldier flies.
