CNA938 Rewind - The Wellness Hour - Understanding Vascular Age: How is it measured and what does it mean?
We often rely on fitness trackers to monitor our steps and sleep, but what if they could also reveal how healthy our blood vessels are? Cheryl Goh speaks to Professor Michael Chee, Director of the Centre for Sleep and Cognition at the NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Dr Gizem Yilmaz, a research fellow at the Centre to learn more about the research study and what it means for the future of preventive healthcare.
