In a recent CNA commentary, Dr William Wan from the Singapore Kindness Movement argued for some regulation in dealing with inconsiderate behaviour on public transport. This drew some strong reaction from readers.Â

It's important that we (do) not develop a culture of intolerance ... If we are too strict on some things, then you specify the boundaries of what's acceptable. I think that could be dangerous.
