Myanmar has been under military rule since a coup nearly three years ago. But on Oct 27, 2023, resistance and ethnic armed groups came together to launch an offensive against the military.

Right now, every stakeholder, ethnic armed groups, the civilians ... they all have their own goals. The overlap in the centre of this venn diagram is (that) they want to get rid of the dictatorship. But essentially, they all want different things.
