APEC summit: South Korean FM Cho Hyun on balancing ties and regional issues

Both US President Donald Trump and Chinese President Xi Jinping will be in South Korea next week as it hosts the APEC leaders' summit. President Lee Jae Myung will take the chance to hold separate meetings with Mr Trump and Mr Xi.
