Budget 2023 debate: Shawn Huang on need to continue to prepare for Singapore's survival
Budget 2023 is well-crafted, balanced, sustainable and progressive, said MP Shawn Huang. Speaking in Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 22), he pointed out that it will help Singapore to build strong foundations for innovation and collaboration, as well as set the right tone and pace to work on the strategy collectively.
