Debate on President’s speech: Cai Yinzhou on forming an Elder Corps

Singapore’s Youth Corps plays a vital role in youth development through leadership and volunteering programmes. MP Cai Yinzhou proposed the formation of Elder Corps, a parallel agency to leverage the skills and wisdom of seniors, match them with youth for mentorship and guidance, and be a platform for them to continue to contribute meaningfully to society. He spoke in parliament on Thursday (Sep 25).
