02:17 Min

The enforcement of civil judgments and orders is a frustrating and trying process, as it requires further investing time and resources which could sometimes be to the detriment of the successful party, said MP Sitoh Yih Pin. Speaking in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 3), he wanted to know if there is an update on the Government's study on measures to streamline the process and whether there are plans to push ahead with any recommendations to reform the legal process in the area of enforcement.
