In Parliament on Thursday (Mar 2), MP Jamus Lim reiterated his proposal to repurpose a part of multi-storey carparks (MSCPs) in non-mature estates that are under-utilised. He suggested re-designating the ground floor of under-utilised MSCPs for bike and delivery parking, and shifting vehicle parking one floor up.
