Committee of Supply 2024 debate, Day 4: Razwana Begum Abdul Rahim on lifelong learning and skills upgrading
NMP Razwana Begum Abdul Rahim said SkillsFuture is an initiative that facilitates and promotes lifelong learning and Singapore’s growth. In Parliament on Monday (Mar 4), she asked how the effectiveness of the initiative is assessed in respect to strengthening the social mobility of Singaporeans. She also wanted to know what programmes are in place to introduce the concept of lifelong learning into early childcare education and care settings.
