Families of children with developmental needs require additional support and resources to help them manage. How is the Government helping the parents of these children? MP Gan Thiam Poh raised this question in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6). He noted that parenting is a skill and courses and training can be helpful, all the more so for parents of children with developmental needs. He asked the Ministry of Social and Family Development to share what training and advisories are provided to this group of parents.
