Duke-NUS study finds up to 40 cases of heat-related injuries yearly | Video

A study by the Duke-NUS Medical School found there were up to 40 cases of heat-related illnesses in Singapore each year from 2008 to 2019. According to the study, most incidents happened around December, which coincided with the lead-up to local marathons. Those affected were mainly adults aged 18 to 64 who frequently exercised outdoors. Sabrina Ng reports.
