Eric Chua on salaries of Child Protection Officers
Child Protection Officers (CPOs) are paid based on the Civil Service scheme of service, differentiated by demonstrated proficiencies and job levels. In recognition of the more demanding nature of child protection work, CPOs receive an additional social work field allowance.
