Full subject-based banding system evolving as students, teachers learn to maximise capabilities

A year after the implementation of the full subject-based banding system, teachers from Pasir Ris Secondary are seeing more motivation among their students. Without the different academic streaming labels, the students also feel more bonded with their cohorts, making it a more enjoyable learning environment for them.
