Indonesia considering public-private partnerships to reach water supply goals

Indonesia’s Constitutional Court annulled the Water Resources Law after plaintiffs insisted it encouraged the commercialisation of water at the expense of people’s basic right to have it. New legislation to replace it will consider public-private partnerships as a suitable business model.
