Maintaining racial, religious harmony requires constant attention and effort: Shanmugam

Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam says maintaining racial and religious harmony in Singapore requires constant attention and effort. This is as external events can divide the population, and technology and social media can allow hate speech to spread more quickly. Mr Shanmugam was speaking at a forum on non-violent ethnic hostilities. Aslam Shah reports.
