The Government has delivered on its commitment to provide affordable and accessible public housing for all Singaporeans, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks, said Minister of State for National Development Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim in Parliament on Tuesday (Feb 7). He elaborated on tiered support for lower-income households to buy BTO flats, public rental housing for families who are not ready to own their homes and the help they can get to achieve stability and social mobility, as well as policies to take care of seniors and those facing housing challenges due to unexpected life events such as divorce.
