New bill sets out three-step process to file workplace discrimination claims in Singapore

A new bill aims to outline how individuals facing unfair treatment at work in Singapore can make claims against employers. It builds on the first part of the Workplace Fairness Act, which defines discrimination and what employers must comply with. The Workplace Fairness (Dispute Resolution) Bill introduces a three-step process for workers to file claims under the act.
