Foreign Affairs Minister Vivian Balakrishnan received the top Medal of Honour award at this year's National Trades Union Congress May Day Awards Ceremony. He was recognised for guiding workers through major transitions and championing Singapore's standing on the world stage. Nearly 190 individuals and organisations were honoured for their resilience and compassion that have shaped the labour movement.
