North Korea's Kim says he stands ready to give utmost help to Putin, Russia

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Russian President Vladimir Putin met on the sidelines of China's Victory Day parade. This marks Mr Kim's first major multilateral event in his 14 years of power, and a very visual tilt towards alignment with China and Russia. Mr Putin also praised the North Korean troops deployed alongside Russian forces in Ukraine, while Mr Kim said Pyongyang stands ready to give its utmost help to Moscow.
