Property cooling measures aimed at dampening demand at higher-end of resale market: Desmond Lee

National Development Minister Desmond Lee says the newly announced property cooling measures will only target those who go for bigger and pricier flats. It comes after authorities announced the lowering of the borrowing ratio and increasing grants for first-time flat buyers from low- to middle-income households. About one in 10 home buyers currently exceeds limits. Claudia Lim reports.
