Seah Kian Peng on resignations of Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Cheng Li Hui and Leon Perera

Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam has resigned from Parliament and his seat as MP for the electoral division of Jurong is now vacant. Ms Cheng Li Hui has vacated her seat as MP for the electoral division of Tampines, while Mr Leon Perera has vacated his seat as MP for the electoral division of Aljunied. Speaker of Parliament Seah Kian Peng informed the House on Wednesday (Aug 2) of these resignations last month.
