More than 120 participants join counter-terrorism drill at NUS UTown

More than 120 elite police, frontline officers and community members took part in a counter-terrorism drill at the National University of Singapore. It marks the first Exercise Heartbeat drill of the year, which tests the community's readiness for emergencies.
