Thais head to the polls on Sunday to elect a new parliament and vote in a constitutional referendum

Thai voters go to the polls on Sunday, 8 February. For the first time in Thai history, a national referendum will be held on the same day as a general election. Voters will be asked if they agree that there should be a new Constitution.
