The Ministry of Education and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) take a broader view of the impact of the SkillsFuture movement. To complement the employment outcomes reporting, SSG administers the training quality and outcomes measured and tracks surveys for learners who take up SSG-funded programmes. The data is published on the MySkillsFuture portal to guide learners. SSG also studies job posting data to monitor how the roles and skills needs of the labour market are evolving.
