08:55 Min

A Conditional Fee Agreement (CFA) in a legal case can include an additional “uplift” fee which is payable to the lawyer if the case is successful. He also asked what safeguards will be in place for clients entering into CFAs - for example, if a lawyer were to withdraw from the case.
