The government's S$37 billion commitment under the Research, Innovation and Enterprise 2030 plan reflects foresight and discipline. MP Choo Pei Ling said this in parliament on Thursday (Feb 26). She also highlighted two priorities that will determine whether this investment delivers its full impact - anchoring and capturing value from innovation, and sustaining renewal within the talent system.
