At least 17 arrested after violence broke out in the Philippines during rallies against graft

More than a dozen people have been arrested after trying to break through a police barricade near the presidential palace in the Philippines. Other than the skirmish between protesters and law enforcement, tens of thousands held mostly peaceful rallies in Metro Manila and other major cities in the country. The demonstrators are protesting against corruption that sunk billions of dollars' worth of government flood control projects. CNA's Buena Bernal reports from the site of a protest.
