Sun Xueling on tackling anti-social behaviour
Police do not track cases of anti-social behaviour. Depending on the nature of the conduct, such cases may be investigated by the relevant agencies. Minister of State for Home Affairs Sun Xueling said this in reply to an MP’s questions in parliament on Tuesday (Feb 18). Police may investigate such cases if a criminal offence is disclosed, she said. This requires a case-by-case assessment of the nature and circumstances of the conduct, she added.
