Mr Desmond Lee was elected a Member of Parliament (MP) for the West Coast Group Representation Constituency (GRC) in July 2020. Prior to that he served as an MP for Jurong GRC. During his time as a back-bencher, he also served as a member of the Government Parliamentary Committees for Culture, Community and Youth, Home Affairs and Law and Social and Family Development.
Mr Lee is currently the Minister for National Development, and the Minister-in-Charge of Social Services Integration. He co-chairs the Singapore Together Movement, the Singapore-Tianjin Economic and Trade Council, and the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-city Joint Working Committee.
Mr Lee was first appointed as Minister of State for National Development in September 2013. After his re-election as MP for Jurong GRC in September 2015, Mr Lee was appointed as Senior Minister of State for Home Affairs and National Development. In 2017, he was appointed Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister for Home Affairs and National Development. Later in the same year, Mr Lee was appointed the Minister for Social and Family Development and Second Minister in the Ministry of National Development.
Mr Lee began his career in the civil service as a Justices’ Law Clerk of the Supreme Court, providing legal research support. He then served as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel in the Criminal Justice Division of the Attorney General’s Chambers. In 2005, Mr Lee was posted to the Ministry of Health to head its legal department.
Before entering politics, Mr Lee also spent two years at the Legal Policy Division of the Ministry of Law. Subsequently, he joined Temasek as in-house counsel until his appointment to office at the Ministry of National Development (MND).
Mr Lee graduated in 2001 from the National University of Singapore with first class honours in law. He also holds a Masters degree in law from the University of Oxford.
Mr Lee is married with three children.

Mr Tibor Pandi
Singapore Country Officer and Banking Head,
Citi
Tibor Pandi is currently the Singapore Citi Country Officer and Banking Head. He was appointed the Citi Country Officer (CCO) for Singapore on February 1, 2023, and has oversight of businesses and operations in the country. He is responsible for driving overall franchise performance including fostering key client and regulatory relationships.
Prior to this, Tibor was the CCO for Thailand since September 1, 2017. He was also given the responsibility to drive the strategy and execution for the Corporate Bank that resulted in meaningful business growth and value-added client solutions.
Tibor joined Citi in 2001 as a Senior Relationship Manager with Citibank Hungary and moved on to hold various leadership roles including CCO for Romania, CCO for Romania & Bulgaria Cluster, as well as being the Banking Head for the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania and Bulgaria.
Before joining Citi, he worked in a number of functions within ABN AMRO Bank in the Netherlands and Hungary. He holds a degree from the Budapest University of Economic Sciences and speaks English, Hungarian, German and Serbian.

Mr Kok Ping Soon

Singapore Business Federation
Mr Kok Ping Soon is Chief Executive Officer of the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), the apex business chamber championing the interests of Singapore’s business community in trade, investment and industrial relations matters.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr Kok was Chief Executive of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech), the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiative and public sector digital transformation. He also held various positions in the Ministry of Manpower, National Security Co-ordination Secretariat, Ministry of Trade & Industry (MTI), Singapore Tourism Board, Contact Singapore (CS), and Economic Development Board (EDB). He spent six years in the United States working for CS and EDB.
Mr Kok serves on the Board of SBF Holdings, SBF Connect, NUS-ISS and is a member of the NIE Council.

Ms Pearlyn Phau
Group Chief Executive Officer,
Singlife
Pearlyn was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Singapore Life Holdings Pte. Ltd. and Singapore Life Ltd. in July 2021. Pearlyn leads Singlife’s strategy, innovation and business efforts to deliver a better way to financial freedom for customers and the financial services industry.
Pearlyn cut her teeth in wealth management, digital and retail banking and has amassed over three decades of experience in the financial services field. She is well-respected amongst industry peers for being a strong leader with a digital-first mindset and having an exceptional track record of leading key strategies and business transformation initiatives.
Prior to her current appointment, she held several senior executive roles in DBS Singapore and the region.
Pearlyn sits on the board of the Housing and Development Board and the advisory board of the Singapore Management University’s Lee Kong Chian School of Business.
She is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from the National University of Singapore.

Mr Piyush Gupta

Mr. Piyush Gupta has been Chief Executive Officer and Director of DBS Group since 2009.
DBS is a leading financial services group in Asia, headquartered in Singapore. Recognised for its global leadership, DBS has been named "World’s Best Bank" by several global publications like Euromoney and Global Finance. The bank is at the forefront of leveraging digital technology to shape the future of banking, and was also named “World’s Best Digital Bank” by Euromoney. In addition, in 2019, DBS was listed among the top ten most transformative organisations of the decade by Harvard Business Review.
Prior to joining DBS, Piyush had a 27 year career at Citigroup, where his last position was Chief Executive Officer for South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Piyush is currently the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Singapore Management University, and Chairman of the Mandai Park Holdings Board. In addition, he is a member of Singapore’s Advisory Council on the Ethical Use of AI and Data and sits on the board of Singapore’s National Research Foundation. Piyush is a term trustee of the Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA). Previously, he has been a member of the Singapore Emerging Stronger Taskforce, aimed at defining Singapore’s future in a post-Covid world, the UN Secretary General’s Task Force on Digital Financing of the Sustainable Development Goals, the Board of Institute of International Finance, and the McKinsey Advisory Council.
Piyush has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Degree in Economics from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University, India and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad.
Piyush was awarded the Public Service Star by the President of Singapore for his meritorious services to the nation in 2020. He is a recipient of the 2023 Pravasi Bharatiya Samman Award, the highest honour conferred by the Indian Government on the country’s diaspora.
Piyush was named one of the world’s top 100 best-performing chief executives in Harvard Business Review - 2019 edition of "The CEO 100". He was named Global Indian of the Year by the Economic Times in 2021, Singapore Business Awards' Outstanding Chief Executive of the Year in 2016, and Singapore Business Leader of the Year by CNBC in 2014.
In his personal capacity, Piyush takes a keen interest in nature, and is a Co-Chairman of the BirdLife International Advisory Group.

Mr Tony Soh

Tony Soh is the Chief Executive Officer of the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre - the national agency promoting volunteerism and philanthropy. He aspires to build a City of Good for Singapore where individuals, communities, organisations and leaders give their best towards building a more caring, inclusive, and compassionate society.
Tony believes purpose can be embedded and activated in every organisation meaningfully and impactfully for the good of society. He is passionate about reimagining community and business systems to create a society that inspires and enables human flourishing.
In a career spanning more than three decades, Tony has held leadership and senior management roles in government ministries, a statutory board and a listed real estate company, with both regional and global responsibilities.
He also serves in a voluntary capacity as president and board member in youth and community service non-profit organisations.

Mr Andy Shi
President, APAC,
OPPO
Andy Shi heads the OPPO APAC region, overseeing nine key markets, including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Philippines, Cambodia, Taiwan and Hong Kong. In his role, he will seize various opportunities by further building OPPO‘s brand and strengthening the relationships with partners and customers in this region.
Prior to this appointment, Shi held the position of Global Head of Product Marketing at OPPO Headquarters in China, where he was responsible for the marketing communication of all OPPO product lines. With broad experience in marketing, he has also served as the President of OPPO Middle East and Africa and the Head of Brand in OPPO Australia, from there accumulated solid marketing insights which will play a fundamental role in driving OPPO’s business agility and cementing its leadership in APAC.
Shi holds a Bachelor of Laws degree in International Political Economy. He graduated with honors from Yuanpei College, Peking University in 2008. Shi joined OPPO in 2014.

Mr Stephen Miller

Stephen Miller is President & Group Chief Executive Officer of ST Telemedia and serves on its Board of Directors.
Stephen has over 35 years of experience in the communications, media and technology sectors, particularly in the areas of investment, international operations, financial management, business development and strategic planning. He has worked at ST Telemedia for close to 20 years in various senior positions including President & Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and consultant to its portfolio companies. Prior to ST Telemedia, he spent over 14 years of his career in investment banking with Credit Suisse, primarily heading its telecommunications and media group throughout Asia and the Pacific.
Stephen played a crucial role in steering ST Telemedia’s strategic direction into data centres and infrastructure technology businesses to capture new opportunities in the digital economy. Since assuming the role of President & Group CEO, he has led the continuous enhancement of ST Telemedia’s business capabilities and portfolio while instilling a shared culture to drive outcomes and strengthen resilience. Stephen is also a strong advocate of corporate sustainability. Under his leadership, ST Telemedia formalised its sustainability framework to align its operations and strategies with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. He currently holds leadership positions on a number of non-profit organisations’ sustainability bodies.
Stephen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, with First Class Honours in Economics and Finance, from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
