Singapore must ensure that public transport remains safe, reliable, accessible, comfortable and affordable, said MP Lim Biow Chuan in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 8). He sought clarity on the drop in commuter satisfaction last year to its lowest level since 2015 and asked if public transport operators will issue a report on remedial action. Mr Lim also sought updates on expansion plans for the MRT network and a review of the public transport fare formula.
