AI literacy must be embedded across the entire learning lifecycle, from the early years of schooling to continuing education and training for working adults, said MP Darryl David. Speaking in parliament on Monday (Mar 2), he suggested establishing a dedicated Continuing Education and Training centre focused on AI and data literacy for adult learners. He also urged the Ministry of Education and other stakeholders to continue building a cohesive AI education ecosystem that nurtures curiosity, equips students for the future and ensures Singaporeans remain leaders and innovators in an increasingly digital AI-augmented world.
