How would the Government assess the digital experience for public services? Is it leveraging technology to make the user experience more natural and intuitive? When problems arise, what support structure is available? What is the level of adoption among less digitally savvy users? She also expressed hope that Singapore will not move towards being "digital only" - not just to be inclusive, but also to recognise that “engagement with citizens ... has many touchpoints and channels”.
