Nearly a decade after Singapore began its quest to become a Smart Nation, progress has been made but it may be time for consolidation, said MP Saktiandi Supaat in Parliament on Friday (Feb 24). He suggested a personalised platform for citizens to enhance their user experience and make it easier for the Public Service to push integrated services from different agencies to match specific needs. He also asked how the Public Service intends to better partner the people and private sectors to stay agile and resilient in this area.
