Speaking in parliament on Tuesday (Aug 4), he wanted to if someone who has been shown to be behaving this way could be suspended from driving immediately, before the court proceedings. He also asked if the government could consider regulation to ensure that all road users, including cyclists, are familiar with the Highway Code.
