About 560 mid-career workers benefited from career guidance programmes offered by Workforce Singapore

Around 560 mid-career workers have benefited from Workforce Singapore's Polaris career guidance programmes in the past year. While some advanced in their current roles, others transitioned to new industries. The initiative recently expanded to support fresh jobseekers as well, through volunteer career advisers or VCAs. CNA's Richa Mathew spoke with WSG's Assistant Chief Executive, starting with how these programmes drive mindset shifts for career growth.
