Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 3: Tin Pei Ling on bridging digital gap

Digital literacy has helped seniors feel less isolated during the COVID-19 pandemic, said MP Tin Pei Ling in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). But she also stressed that having a device to get connected was as important as digital literacy itself. She asked for an update on efforts to ensure that Singaporeans can keep up with the nation's digitalisation and to bridge the digital gap among the people.
