Singapore should continue with efforts to make Government services more convenient, user-friendly and at a lower cost for its citizens, said MP Tin Pei Ling in Parliament on Friday (Feb 24). She also asked if the Government would continue to offer non-digital options for seniors to fall back on, and wanted more information on the Government’s efforts in investing in digital infrastructure and utilities to support Singapore's drive towards becoming a Smart Nation.
