Former Philippine president Duterte to make first appearance at International Criminal Court

Philippine Vice President Sara Duterte has launched a last-minute bid to delay her father Rodrigo Duterte's initial appearance at the International Criminal Court. The former president is set to make his first appearance there after his arrest on Mar 11 in Manila. He is being charged for crimes against humanity linked to his deadly “war on drugs”.
